Lutheran Church of Apolstle Peter (the village of Maliye Kolpany, Gatchina District), Finnish Church is placed at the cemetery (parish of Kolpany, it was founded in 1640). The Church for 680 seats was built from quarry stones in 1799–1800 (architect А.D. Zakharov) using the money of Emperor Paul I. Elements of Gothic and Classicism were combined in the constructing of the Church. Iconostas and cathedra was made according to the drawing of Zakharov. The Church has the nickname"" the Church of Cock"" because of the cock figure at the spire of the bell tower (height of the bell tower is 22 m ). In 1863 the Kolpany Teacher -Kuester Seminary was opened at the Church. 2 544 parishioners was in 1917 ( Ingermanlad Finns, Estonians). The Church was closed in 1938. In 1941-44 the church was seriosly damaged by an artillery fire, the spire of the bell tower was destroyed. Then the building was used for the industrial purposes. From 1991 the religious services were performed after the agreement with the direction of the plant ""Avangard"" which used premises of the Church. The parish was registered on 24 March 1992. The activity of composer M.Putro is connected with the parish of the village of Maliye Colpany.
