THE SVETOGORSK TOWN LIBRARY (31 Pobeda Street, Svetogorsk Town). The library was founded in 1945. Between 1985 and 1996 it was part of Vyborg centralized library network with the status of a branch. Since 1997 the library has been a structural division at Culture-and-sports center of Svetogorsk Town. Its general-purpose fund numbers over 18,000 items, with 2,500 readers and around 69,000 loans annually. In 2003 the library received a donation of a great number of English-language literature published in the USA.
