Monuments to S.M. Kirov. One of the first monuments in the Leningrad Oblast was built in the Aluminium Works territory in Volkhov Town in 1937 according to the sculptor N.V. Tomsky's project. N.V. Tomsky created monuments to S.M. Kirov in the settlement of Svir-3 in 1939 and in the towns of Novaya Ladoga in 1947 and Kirovsk in 1952.
