"Priorat", an information and local historic bulletin of Gatchina Town and the district branch of the All-Russian Society for the Protection of History and Culture Monuments (VOOPIiK). From 1986 to 1990 the bulletin was published as a topic page in the newspaper "Gatchinskaya pravda" ("The Gatchina Truth") (in all 45 issues). From November 1990 to 2000 it was issued as an independent newspaper ( 200 issues were published). The bulletin is issued a time per a month. In 1990 the circulation was 3000 copies, in 2000 it was 15000 copies. The bulletin was named in the memory about a magazine of the same name which was published in Gatchina in 1911. Firstly only articles on history, culture and local history topics were published, from 1998 materials on the history of Gatchina industrial enterprises were published too. There were supplements: "Temples of Suyda Village" and "Temples of Siversky Village" (1992), "Gamayun" ("a newspaper in newspaper"; 1992); the newspaper "The Nobility Assembly" (1992-1998), "The Book Shop" (1994-1995; the publication of the St. Petersburg Union of Writers), "The Library of "Priorat"" (in all 3 issues). As well as there were special issues: for the 280th anniversary of the foundation of Krasnoye Selo Town (1994), "Tsarskoye Selo" (1998). The publication of the bulletin "Konnetabl" of the Gatchina district branch of VOOPIiK was renewed from 2006 (two issues were published).
