Hard af Segerstad, Karl Adams Nils Gabriel (1873 - 1931), an architect. In 1895 Hard af Segerstad graduated from the Politechnic Institute in Helsingfors (Helsinki). During 1901-1907 he worked at the Vyborg Gubernia Building Board. The Covered Market building (1906; it was the biggest market in the Northern Europe; the building was destroyed during World War II, in 1976 it was partly restored) and the building No. 12 in Storozhevaya Bashnya Street (1906) were built according Hard af Segerstad's projects in Vyborg Town.
