Shperer, Ludwig Frantsevich (1833 or 1835 - 1898), an architect, academician of architecture from 1866. He graduated from the the St. Petersburg Academy of Arts. Shperer built several tenement houses and industrial buildings in St. Petersburg from the 1860s to the 1890s. He served as an inspector at the Emperor Court Ministry during 1882-1890. From 1877-1882 he was an architect of the Gatchina Palace Board . Shperer was the author of the park constructions in Gatchina Town and his own country house in the urban settlement of Siverskaya (it was not survived). Ludwig Frantsevich Shperer was buried in the town cemetery in Gatchina Town
