Pikalyovo Town coat of arms and flag, the

The Pikalyovo Town's coat of arms and flag are the official symbols of the Municipal Union “Gorod Pikalyovo” (The town of Pikalyovo). They were approved with the decision of the Representative Assembly of the Municipal Union “Gorod Pikalyovo” (The town of Pikalyovo) of 29 April 1998, No. 14 and 16 April 1999, No. 12. The heraldic description of the coat of arms: ” Within the green field there is a silver pick and a silver hack that are put crosswise. There are golden stones on the sides and below of them and with a golden bezant at the head that is framed with a dark red flame.” The flag is a rectangle sheet in the ratio of the sides 2:3. In the centre part of the flag there is a green field that is occupied 3/5 of the sheet’s length. In the centre of the green field there is a light ochreous circle that is framed with red flame. The ratio of circle's diameter to flag’s length is ½. On the both sides of the sheet there are two stripes which have the same width. The stripe along the flagstaff is white and the stripe on the other side is light ochreous, which are occupied 1/5 from sheet’s length. The coat of arms was registered in the State Heraldic Register of the Russian Federation under the No. 456, and the flag was registered under the No. 457. Tripolskaya, Anna Aleksandrovna
