Nikolay Vsevolodovich Dmitriyev (1856–1918), an architect, civil engineer, public man, businessman. He was a nobleman from the Simbirsk Gubernia. He graduated the St. Petersburg Building College in 1876. Among St. Petersburg buildings built by Dmitriyev there is: a Harbour worker town, the Enlightenment Institutions Centre in Obvodny Canal Street. From 1885 to 1903 Dmitriyev was an architect of the gatchina Palace Board. In Gatchina there were many buildings built according to projects of N.V. Dmitriyev. They were: the Church of of All Saints in the cemetery (1888-1889); houses of the court stabling department in Yekateriverdersky Prospect (1890-1893); the Real School (1898-1900), greenhouses, private houses. N.V. Dmitriyev was an honorary citizen of Gatchina Town. In the Luga district hr built the wooden Church of St. George the Victorius, Great Martyr in the village of Perechitsi (1892-1893; it was not intacted) and the Church of the Intercession of the Mother of God in the village of Kamenka (1893-1894; now it is ruined).
