The Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker (Lavrovo Village, the Kirov District). The original wooden church was built before the early 17th century. From the 18th century a chapel was placed on this place. The new wooden church was built during 1898-1902 in the Russian style according to the architect N.N. Nikonov's design. In 1902 the church was consecrated. In the 1930s the church was closed, the building was empty and gradually was come to ruins. From August 1944 until February 1950 belivers submitted 11 petitions about the returning the church. On 25 June 1948 the Council for the Russin Orthodox Church Affairs gave the permit, a priest had already been appointed but on 30 August 1949 the permission for opening the church was cancelled. In the 1960s the building was demolished.
