The Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker (Yam-Izhora Village, the Tosno District). The original wooden church was built in the 15th century on the Izhora River bank to the south from the village of Yam-Izhora. In the 17th century the church was tranformed in a Lutheran church. During 1837-1841 the new stone church with added bell tower was built to the D.I. Visconti's design at a new place also on the Izhora River bank. It was built in the Classicism style. The church was closed on 15 April 1937 and adapted for a community centre. The Church dean, priest Boris Kolesnikov was shot in Desember 1937. From 1942 the church worked, It was destroyed in 1943.
