The Church of St.Theodore Stratelates, the Great Martyr (Kiselnya Village, Volkhov District). The original wooden church was built in the Pesotsky Fedorovsky Pogost in the 15th century, it was firstly mentioned in scribe books of 1499-1500. In 1768 the church was demolished because of its decay, during 1768-1771 it was reconstructed with the the side-chapel of the Holy Face, it was consecrated on 7 June 1771. In 1898 the church was burned. A small stone church was built during 1903-1906 to the design of the architect N.F. Romanchenko, in 1906 it was consecrated. Among the church shrines there were particles of the holy relics of the Apostle Andrew, St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, St. Theodore Stratelates, three Sainted Hierarches and the Gospel of 1751. From 1922 the church belonged to the Revivalists. From 1937 the church did not work, it was closed on 15 January 1939. After World War II the church lost its tent-shaped roof and was used for a warehouse. Three attached chapels are not survived. The church was returned to belivers, it worked from 1995. At the church there is a library, audio-library and a book shop. A spring "Tikhonovets", located behind the church at the Pesenka River, at which blessings of water are performed, is very famous.
